Terms & Condition

Payment for lessons must be made at least 2 days before.

Payment for intensive courses/lessons must me made 10 days before the start date.

A 2 hour lesson fee returnable deposit will be taken in advance.

Pupils must give 48 hours notice if they need to cancel or rearrange a lesson, Otherwise full payment will be required for the cancellation or change. We do not offer a covid policy 

The payment for the hire of the car for the purpose of a driving test must be made at least 1 week prior to the test date.

To cancel intensive lessons, 6 days notice period is required.

Appointment cards must be brought to every lesson, so that Appointments can be confirmed in writing.

Whilst every effort will be made to keep the appointments.

The school reserves the right to cancel at short notice. This may be due to unforeseen circumstances such as; mechanical breakdown, adverse weather/traffic conditions or instruction illness.

If pupils do not arrive at the agreed pick up point within 15 minutes of the appointment time, the instructor will assume they are not attending. Full payment for the abandoned lesson will be required.

If pick up point is subject to a parking restriction. The pupil must arrive at least five minute before appointment time.

All times given for lesson are approximate, but instructors will try to be as punctual as possible, subject to traffic conditions.

The instructor shall have the right to substitute a driving instructor for the purpose of giving all or any of the lessons if the instructor is not available for any reason whatsoever.

Driving test appointments will be given priority over any other booked appointments.

The driving school reserves the right to withhold the use of any school car, for the purpose of a driving test if, in opinion, the pupil is not up to the required standard.

Practical driving test booked and managed by the The Learner Center on behalf of the student will incur an admin fee. £30 per date change and £100 if the student decides to take elsewhere the test booked by The Learner Center.
You are authorising The Learner Center to book a practical test on your behalf and to be able change the date or cancel the test at anytime.

The Learner Center reserves the right to make any changes and cancel the practical driving test at anytime.

The school reserves the right to discontinues at any time without any explanation.

It is hereby expressly agreed that this agreement is made solely between the instructor and the pupil and that no contractual relationship between. The Learner Center and the pupil  accordingly, the pupil acknowledges that.

You will be requested for a Google review of our services and a picture taken upon passing your driving test. This will be added to our testimonial page on the website.

The Learner Center has no liability to the pupil in respect of any injury, loss or damage a rising from the use of the tuition vehicle or from the acts of omissions of the instructor of any other The Learner Center Instructors.

Payment is respect of the current of next booking may be made to the instructor’s agent, The Learner Center.

Where payments are made direct to the instructor, The Learner Center does not accept any responsibility what so ever for any acts, default or failure on the part of the instructor to carry out their obligations.
